4. User Accounts

We reserve the right to revoke API keys for misuse, security concerns, or Terms violations.

10. Service Availability

10.1 Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service provider issues

10.2 Service Modifications

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Your organization terminates their subscription

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you cease immediately
• You must cease all use of the Service
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., liability, indemnification) remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

14.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal action, we encourage you to contact us to seek informal resolution of any dispute.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability
